I put breakfast in quotation marks because this was not much of a breakfast, and left me completely unsatisfied and starving...

Taste: it taste good, because of the chocolate/sugar, but it left me unsatisfied...
Conclusion: tomorrow I definitely need to get some real food for breakfast.
