As mentioned in a previous post, at my office every time a coworker has a birthday, the office gets them a cake.

Chinese Style Fruit Filled Birthday Cake
The cake was basically a regular cake with white frosting and absolutely TONS of fresh fruit. Look at the picture of the cake, and imagine that 1/3 of the inside is filled with fruit, because that is what it was.
Taste: all that fresh fruit made this cake light and delicious.
Conclusion: way better than the last birthday cake we had in the office.
