Chinese Takeout Dinner

Meal: dinner (Sat 10/2)
From: a Chinese takeout restaurant
Cost: around $15 (for 2)
Location: Queens

So there was a Yankee-Red Sox double header on local tv (usually all the games are on the Yes! network, which neither I or my girlfriend have) and my girlfriend for some reason was not completely against watching it. So we decided to order-in and went with some "Chinese" food. Technically what we ordered, aside from the rice, is Chinese-American food. They do not have teriyaki beef on a stick or General Tao's chicken with as it is called in Chinese, 'Western broccoli'.

So the Yankees ultimately split the doubleheader and ended up losing the division to the Rays, based on strength of head-to-head match ups. However, the Yankees, although scampering in, made the playoffs. The playoffs start on Wednesday, so I need to start setting up my meals accordingly.

Taste: of course everything tasted good.
Conclusion: probably 100 times the daily recommended amount of sodium.

Drink: a can of Coke Zero with ice.
