For breakfast I had two of the muffins my girlfriend made a batch of the night before. She also made me a piece of buttered toast with a fried egg and ketchup.
Taste: everything tasted really good, meaning it was probably not very healthy.
Conclusion: a hearty breakfast!
Drink: some coffee my girlfriend brewed (with cream and Splenda).
