Heavy Lifting = Last Protein Bar

Meal: snack (Wed 9/29)
From: Target
Cost: $2 for a box of 4
Location: Queens

So I went to the gym and lifted a bunch of weights on Wednesday after work. I was hungry afterwards and dinner was not coming anytime soon, so I ate the last of my protein bars...

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Protein Bar

Taste: tastes marginally okay
Conclusion: no more protein supplements for me... increased consumption of protein = need to drink more water otherwise you mess up your kidneys and liver...

Drink: several glasses of water
