5pm Snack

Meal: snack (Wed 10/6)
From: Target
Cost: less than $2 for a box of 12 bars
Location: Queens

I have decided on days I do heavy lifting (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) I need to eat something before I go to the gym. I am going to try eating 1 granola bar around 5pm so I have some fuel for when I workout around 7pm.


Taste: "Chewy" granola bars are always good, but usually sugary, so I got this kind with less sugar.
Conclusion: it seemed to do the trick as I was able to complete my workout without passing out.
