Frozen Food = Quick Post Workout Meal

So after my post work workout it was time for a quick and "healthy" post workout meal.
Let's see what I found in my fridge...

The end result of microwaving and pan frying the ingredients.

Meal: dinner (Wed 9/1)
From: my fridge
Cost: free for me because I did not pay for these groceries!
Location: my kitchen

I did not feel like adding sauce or anything fancy to this, so instead I just put some salt and pepper on it.

Radish Pie (pan fried)
The radish pie was pretty similar to a Chinese scallion pancake, except instead of scallions there was shredded radish. Basically it is fried dough, you cannot really go wrong, it was tasty.

Assorted Veggies (microwaved)
Not much to say here. Your standard bulk from Costco frozen assorted vegetables, not much flavor, salt and pepper was required.

Mahi-Mahi (defrosted via microwave then pan fried)
I am not sure what good Mahi-Mahi is supposed to taste like. The fish itself did not really have any taste, but with some salt and pepper and the oil from the radish pie it tasted good enough.

Taste: acceptable, I was pretty hungry from my workout, so just about anything would be "acceptable."
Conclusion: not starving anymore, although I might need some dessert later.

Drink: several large glasses of water.
