Brown sugar and maple syrup Instant Quaker Oatmeal.

Half rack of baby back ribs, 10oz. steak, 1/4 rotisserie chicken, baked potatoes and corn bread.
(*DELICIOUS!!!*)

DINNER
(Chinese Takeout)

The Meal

General Tao's Chicken

(Good enough.)

BREAKFAST
(made by my girlfriend, brought to my office)

I had some left overs from dinner so I decided to bring them to work for breakfast (and save a couple of bucks by not buying from the breakfast cart).

Pasta with Turkey Sausage

Taste: cold pasta is good for breakfast when you are starving.

LUNCH
(from Checkers)

The Big Buford

Checker's Fries

Taste: the pictures say it all...

(from the breakfast card around the corner from my office)

Onion bagel with cream cheese ($2.50 with a large coffee)

Taste: acceptable, would have been better toasted.

LUNCH
(my girlfriend packed me something to bring to the office)

Some Korean side dishes with white rice.

Taste: pretty good, not too flavorful, but not bland either, definitely filling.

DINNER
(at home)

My girlfriend gave me a container of fried rice she made, I have half for dinner.

Taste: delicious, light and not too heavy.

My parents fried some frozen dumplings, I had some for dinner as well.

Taste: greasy and will be the reason I have a heart attack.

Cinnamon Log that Looks like...

Friday, January 28, 2011

BREAKFAST

Stats:
Item: 1 cinnamon "log" with a cup of large coffee
From: the breakfast cart guy that is around the corner from my office
Cost: $2.50 (with a large coffee)

If the color was darker...

Taste: barely acceptable, it was more dough than anything very little cinnamon...

Remarks: I got one of these before, and it was definitely better, not sure if I want to take the risk getting this again.

S'mores Pop-Tart for Breakfast pt. 2

Thursday, January 27, 2011
BREAKFAST

I work up to the radio this morning and heard there was a lot of snow on the ground. Apparently all bus service had been cancelled. When I stopped outside, there was a lot of snow...

What it looked like on my way to work...

Unfortunately for my stomach, but fortunately for my wallet, the breakfast cart guy did not even bother coming today...

I did however, still have 1 Pop-Tart in my office desk drawer (I ate the other one that comes in the foil packaging for breakfast on Monday).

Actually, on an impulse buy, my girlfriend purchased a box of S'mores Pop-Tarts (i.e. she wanted it and I paid for it). She was kind enough to give me one of the foil 2 packs...

STATS:
Item: 1 S'mores Pop-Tart
Prepared: heated 10 seconds in the Microwave
From: Rite Aid
Cost: $1.99 (plus tax) for a box

Stock Photo of the box.

Picture of the actual S'mores Pop-Tart after heating...
(Pretty sure it does not look nearly as appetizing as the stock photo...)

Taste: only acceptable... tasted kind of artificial and gross actually...

Remarks: I hope to make more full blog entries like this one from now on, if anyone reads this crap please leave me some nice comments...
