Meal: dinner (Thu 9/30)

Cost: free
Location: my kitchen
I came home from the gym and this is what I found already cooked so I ate it:
Chinese soup (pork, sea cucumber, and some other stuff I am not sure of).
Brown rice with sliced Chinese sausage.
Taste: everything was acceptable to decent.
Conclusion: I think it was healthier than Wednesday's dinner but not by much.
Drink: ice water
